By securing a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. HIRE PERIOD
• Standard hire period is 4 days.
• All dresses must be returned by Monday 10:00pm unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late returns incur a $20 per day late fee.
• If the dress is not returned within 7 days of the agreed return date, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost of the dress.
Failure to return a dress may result in debt recovery action.
2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Securing Your Booking
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at pick-up or prior to delivery.
Interstate Orders
• Full payment is required prior to shipment.
• Dresses will not be dispatched until full payment has cleared.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION
To protect our business and inventory:
• We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo ID before releasing a garment.
• The name on the ID must match the booking name.
• Failure to provide ID when requested may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties.
4. SECURITY & REPLACEMENT COSTS
Customers agree that:
• If a dress is lost, stolen, irreparably damaged or not returned, you will be charged the full replacement value of the dress.
• Replacement cost will reflect current retail price or supplier invoice cost.
• Legal recovery costs may be pursued where necessary.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Express Shipping
• Australia-wide express shipping available for $30.
• We are not responsible for courier delays once the dress has been dispatched.
Local Pick-Up
• Pick-up available from Prairiewood / Fairfield NSW.
After placing your order, please DM us on Instagram with your order number to arrange a suitable pick-up time.
Local Delivery
Drop-off available to surrounding suburbs:
• 0–5km: $10
• 5–10km: $15
• 10km+: $20
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• We do not offer refunds.
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Cancelling within 48 hours of your hire date will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
• Deposits may be transferred to an alternative dress (subject to availability).
• Requests to transfer must be made at least 24 hours prior to the hire date.
• Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on stock availability.
• If the swapped dress is higher in value, the price difference must be paid.
• The dress must be unworn and in original condition for any exchange to be processed.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not made at pickup or delivery.
7. DRESS CONDITION & MAINTENANCE
Customers acknowledge:
• Dresses are hire garments and are not brand new.
• Normal signs of wear may be present.
• No alterations are permitted.
• The rental price includes standard dry cleaning.
Fake Tan & Makeup
• Spray tan should be done at least 2 days before your event.
• We recommend at least two showers before wearing the dress.
• Excess fake tan, makeup stains or perfume damage may incur a cleaning or damage fee.
Care While Wearing
• For long dresses, please lift the hem when walking on wet or dirty surfaces.
• Avoid contact with oils, food, drinks, rough surfaces, smoke and open flames.
• Do not wash or attempt to clean the dress yourself.
8. CLEANING & DAMAGE FEES
While standard dry cleaning is included in your hire:
• A minimum cleaning fee of $40 applies for excessive staining (including heavy fake tan, makeup transfer, red wine, food, mud, or other avoidable damage).
• Additional professional restoration fees may apply depending on severity.
• If a dress cannot be restored to its original condition, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost.
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes excessive staining or damage.
9. NO TRY-ONS POLICY
We currently do not offer try-ons.
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before booking.
We are not liable for incorrect fit selection.
10. LOSS OR THEFT
• If the dress is lost or stolen while in your possession, you are responsible for the full replacement cost.
• Police reports may be requested in cases of theft claims.
11. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for:
• Injuries sustained while wearing the dress
• Event cancellations
• Weather-related issues
• Courier delays
• Personal property loss while using our service
All garments are worn at the customer's own risk.
12. AGREEMENT
By paying your deposit or full invoice, you confirm that:

✔ You understand your financial responsibility for loss or damage
✔ You agree to return the dress on time and in original condition
✔ You consent to ID verification if requested
